To prepare for the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Australian athlete Andrew May went to Kenya to train with the best in the world. Whilst running he would often hear the runners saying something in their local language:
"happa happa"..."happa happa"
Curious, Andrew asked what this meant. The reply changed his life.
"It means slow down. We say it so you slow down, pace yourself, in the end you go faster over the whole race. Slow down to go faster."
